Salary & Benefits

Joining the Vurbis USA Team

All new Vurbis USA team members start as hourly contractors. Your hourly rate will be based on your experience level.
Your first few days will be spent getting trained on using the various software-based tools that are used to onboard Vurbis customers onto the Vurbis Cloud. You will also receive a crash course on both e-procurement and e-commerce products, markets, vendors, and trends. Then you’ll shadow other Vurbis CDMs and CSMs on actual customer implementation projects and the resolution of customer service tickets. You might even sit in on a sales call if the opportunity presents itself. Within 30 days, you will be ready to work directly with customers yourself. From there, the opportunity for professional growth (lead and expand the US Customer Service organization?), as well as the rewards that accompany joining an early-stage company (bonuses? profit sharing? stock options?) could be yours.
