Customer Service Specialist IT (English)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help customers get onboarded and integrated smoothly
• Troubleshoot tech issues and provide clear, helpful solutions
• Work with our Dev and Customer Success teams to solve challenges
• Manage support tickets using tools like Intercom or Jira
• Keep documentation clean, clear, and easy to follow

What You’ll Need

• Fluent (or native) English—written and spoken
• A basic proficiency in JavaScript (or a commitment to developing more advanced skills).
• Solid communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working independently and managing your own time

Bonus Points For…

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS
• Understanding how APIs work (no need to be a dev!)
• Experience using ticketing tools like Zendesk or Jira
• Exposure to eCommerce or cloud platforms
